Welcome to Club Gusto, Lucknow’s premier banquet venue. By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable advance payment.

• Full payment must be completed before the event date, as per the agreed schedule.

• Prices are subject to change based on customization, seasonal rates, or add-on services.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Cancellations made within 15 days of the event may result in additional charges.

• In the event of unavoidable circumstances (natural calamity, government restrictions, etc.), rescheduling may be considered subject to availability.

3. Venue Usage & Conduct

• The client is responsible for the behavior of guests and vendors during the event.

• Damage to property or equipment caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

• Use of firecrackers, flammable decor, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.

4. Decor & Vendor Policy

• In-house decor is available; if you wish to bring your own vendor, prior approval is required.

• External vendors must follow the venue’s safety and timing guidelines.

• Setup and dismantling should be done within the allotted time slots.

5. Food & Catering

• All food items will be provided by Club Gusto unless prior approval is obtained for external catering.

• Menu finalization should be done at least 10 days before the event.

6. Photography & Media

• Club Gusto may use event photos/videos for marketing or social media, unless the client opts out in writing.

• External photography teams are allowed with prior notice.

7. Liability

• Club Gusto is not liable for any personal injury, theft, or loss of belongings during the event.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, with appropriate notice and alternatives.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website.
